My first meeting with Mary began with identifying opportunities to build a relationship with Ocean Reef Club. Mary suggested Marina Inn and Yachtsman Inn for investment and development opportunities.
I immediately initiated the planning and acquisition of Marina Inn. Mary arranged for meetings with senior board members of Ocean Reef Club to create a shared vision of development. During this time Mary also began the introductions to the president of the Yachtsman Inn condo association. This started the two and a half year process of meeting with all those involved in the transfer of the asset to insure that they were communicated with and fairly compensated.

When we decided to sell our home, the listing decision was pretty simple for us. As 15-year Equity Members of ORC, it made perfect sense to us to use our own real estate company. Your reputation and professional approach made choosing you as our listing agent, very easy for us. We felt like our decision was vindicated at our very first meeting, when we were discussing the listing strategy and the always difficult pricing decision.
