The Window of Opportunity to Customize Your Unit

As you may already know, the Residence Club is scheduled to break ground this spring. There still is a window of opportunity between now and May to work with the architect so we can put your special requirements and personal touches into the design of your unit and also into the master construction plan. Structural changes will not be possible once construction begins.

Depending on your lifestyle, you may want to:

• Open up the wall between the living room and the
  3rd bedroom and make that area your TV den or office, expanding upon the open floor plan concept
• Add a shower in the powder room so it could double as a bathroom for live-in help
• Customize the kitchen layout
