My first meeting with Mary began with identifying opportunities to build a relationship with Ocean Reef Club. Mary suggested Marina Inn and Yachtsman Inn for investment and development opportunities. 

I immediately initiated the planning and acquisition of Marina Inn. Mary arranged for meetings with senior board members of Ocean Reef Club to create a shared vision of development. During this time Mary also began the introductions to the president of the Yachtsman Inn condo association. This started the two and a half year process of meeting with all those involved in the transfer of the asset to insure that they were communicated with and fairly compensated.

The sale of my asset, the Plaza building, could not have been done without Mary’s very unique approach of putting the seller and the buyer together. This has also resulted in wonderful friendships and continuing business opportunities, which is very refreshing in the world of real estate.
The hosting, at the 121 Marina sales center, of Dom Pérignon events with Navy SEALs, Master Sommeliers and Northern Trust has raised the level of marketing what will become the standard for ongoing events at 121 Marina. My wife Cristina and I thank Mary for all the wonderful Ocean Reef members we have met through her. Our visits to the French Laundry, Napa Cult vineyards, playing in the Legends Invitational while supporting All Charities is a fine representation of how extraordinary relationships continue to grow.
